What is a "Translation?"
To start, a translation is NOT simply taking a word or sentence and translating it into another language. It goes beyond that. A good translation conveys not the literal but the intended meaning of the original. With First Translations you are tapping into a wide array of professional translators who have undergone extensive academic training and screening to ensure the standard of quality you expect for your documents. They work hard to make sure that the translation produces the same effect as the one intended by the original text.
How much does it cost?
You are special, so we offer you specialized service. Unlike our competitors, who overcharge a flat fee by overestimating the number of words on a page of text, we take the time and extra effort to provide every one of our clients with a variety of options to fit almost any budget. The cost of completing a project is dependant on a number of variables including document size and scope, complexity, and original formats. At First Translations we take advantage of digital technology to bring you the highest quality product available. Supplying digital files will always help you save time and money. No matter what, you can always depend on us to give you the best possible value anywhere. We promise.
What is the process?
When we receive your information, we work quickly with one of our exclusive translators to arrange a quote for the translation work. If the project is of a larger, multi-document scope, a team of translators may be assembled. After reviewing the document, we will provide an estimate for taking your text through one of our services. During the process, the work is subject to intermediate review and is cross-checked by multiple translators to ensure accuracy. Upon completion of the work, the document is subject to a final review after which you will be notified and the document will be delivered in the proper manner. We do have full shipping service including shipping certified documents.
